Intelligence Collation System

ICS is a secure platform for collecting, collating, collaborating and sharing intelligence from sources, incidents and investigations.

ICS is designed to allow the collection of source reports and incident data in an easy to use interface where field personnel can easily be trained to collate the necessary intelligence from the reports and incidents.

HUMINT Source Reports

Covert Covert

Human Intelligence (HUMINT) is the collection of information from human sources.

Source reports are the backbone of HUMINT where informants and other sources supply information. This information is captured in a Source Report for analysis. Source reports are broken down into intelligence entities (Organisations, Assets, People, Locations, events etc) to allow for linking of information to other entities.

Manage Sources

  • Secure encrypted source management via aliases
  • Track payments made to sources
  • Analyse information over time
  • Grade information on a 5 x 5 intelligence scale
  • Publication to stakeholder portal

Incident Reports

Incident Incident

Incident reporting allows for the analysis of post incident information into intelligence providing context.

Incidents can be imported from other incident management systems like ICS Track. Incident reports are broken down into intelligence entities (Organisations, Assets, People, Locations, events etc) to allow for linking of information to other entities.

Incidents

  • User defined fields
  • Incident grouping
  • Publication to stakeholder portal

Intelligence

  • Linking of entities for link analysis
  • Geo-Spatial referencing

Data Acquisition

Incident Incident

ICS is able to receive and import information from a variety of sources. This allows the importation of real time data into the repository for analysis.

Data Acquisition

  • Import via API's from external systems
  • Tracking information import from ICSTrack
  • CSV file imports (Defined templates)
  • Direct external Database access
